Request for Proposals for ICC CWC 2015 Press Conference Services (NZ)

The Local Organising Committee of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 (CWC 2015) is seeking to engage a New Zealand based service provider with specific technical and event delivery expertise capable of delivering Press Conference services for eight New Zealand venues, including warm up match venues in February and March 2015.

Proposals are being sought for ICC CWC 2015 Press Conference Services at New Zealand venues

The Press Conference services will comprise full delivery and operational support of Press Conference services across all New Zealand match venues. All Press Conference services must be supported by a team of resources ensuring the planning and operational demands of the Tournament can be met.

The scope of Press Conference requirements for each tournament match venue will include supply, installation, operation and removal of:
  • Press Conference services such as an audio system, radio handheld microphones, audio distribution amplifiers, table microphones and control monitor for each venue’s press conference room;
  • Staging and Stage lighting;
  • Labour and technician support for the coordination of delivery, installation, testing, operational support and removal of the Press Conference services equipment; and
  • Portable public address sound system and speaker(s)
