Our vision is to see cricket become a leading global sport which captivates and inspires people of every age, gender, background and ability while building bridges between continents, countries and communities.

We value and cherish the ideals of fair-play and team spirit.  Our aim is to ensure that our Great Sport is played not only by the rules of the game but also within its Great Spirit.  While we love and uphold tradition, we also strive to bring in better and more technologically advanced ways of governing the sport and promoting and developing cricket around the world. 

We believe in and promote diversity in the workplace because we have experienced the power of difference.  Whilst we take cricket seriously we ensure that employees enjoy their work.  Our team of staff is drawn from five continents and almost 40 per cent are female.
