For UAE, Shoaib Sarwar picked up 5-23 and Arshad Ali ended with figures of 2-27.
In its reply, UAE lost wickets at regular intervals to finish at 119 for 8 in its 35 overs when rains ended play early.
Rajesh Bhudia picked up 5-21 to finish as the best bowler for Kenya.
