If it tops the group, Zimbabwe will come up against Sri Lanka, England, West Indies and South Africa in Group 1.

Hamilton Masakadza will lead Zimbabwe at the ICC World Twenty20 2016 in India next month. Zimbabwe also recalled Tendai Chatara, the medium pacer, who last played a Twenty20 International in March 2014 against United Arab Emirates.

The squad has a seasoned and experienced core with the likes of Sikandar Raza, Sean Williams, Graeme Cremer, Malcolm Waller, Tinashe Panyangara and Elton Chigumbura all in the mix.

Zimbabwe is in Group B and will face Hong Kong, Scotland and Afghanistan. All the Group B matches will take place at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Jamtha, Nagpur, with Zimbabwe opening the event with a match against Hong Kong on March 8.
