1. Was the third-highest wicket-taker in the 2015 World Cup in Australia. His 18 wickets in eight games played a part in India’s journey to the semifinal.

2. Has a first-class century against his name. His best score of 128 off 119 balls came for Vidarbha against Odisha in 2015-16 Ranji Trophy.

3. Gave up plans to become a police constable after he fell three marks short in an examination for the Nagpur police in 2008.
