Perhaps the highlight of his Test career was the 1976 tour to England where he massacred the English bowling attack, scoring a whopping 829 runs in five Test matches at an average of 118.42, with a highest score of 291 in the fifth and final Test that has remained his career-best. Richards’ fireworks helped West Indies win the series 3-0.
