ITT ISSUED FOR PROVISION OF SPORTS PRESENTATION SERVICES 

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Sports Presentation Management Services for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, to be held in England and Wales in June 2026.

For the first time, the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will feature 12 teams who will play qualifying matches in a round robin format followed by two semi-finals and a final. A total of 33 matches will be played across seven venues.

The ICC requires a partner who will be responsible for developing and delivering a creative, innovative, consistent and integrated sport presentation program to enhance the experience for all audiences. This includes ceremonies, music, big screen graphics and integration, fan activations and engagement, and the option to quote on Opening and closing entertainment.

It is expected that the delivery of sports presentation services will be tailored to suit the expectations of local audiences, and a solid understanding of the audience should be demonstrated in the submission.

This ITT is intended to attract responses from financially strong companies with trained personnel and extensive experience in providing similar services, who can provide innovative solutions, and with the capability to deliver to a world-class standard.

The procurement process will be run in two stages. Technical bids are to be emailed to sportainment@icc-cricket.com by Friday 3 October 2025. From this, shortlisted agencies will be asked to submit a financial bid.
