Big batting shuffle in West Indies squad for New Zealand ODIs
The visitors welcome multiple additions to the lineup for the upcoming three ODI series against the Black Caps.
The West Indies have announced their 15-member squad for the three ODIs against New Zealand starting November 16.
Among the big changes, top-order batter Brandon King misses out following a recent lean patch with the bat.
Meanwhile, opening batter John Campbell returns to the ODI setup after impressing on the Test tour of India and in the domestic 50-over competition.
West Indies squad: Shai Hope (c), Alick Athanaze, Ackeem Auguste, John Campbell, Keacy Carty, Roston Chase, Matthew Forde, Justin Greaves, Amir Jangoo, Johann Layne, Khary Pierre, Sherfane Rutherford, Jayden Seales, Romario Shepherd, Shamar Springer
Pacer Matthew Forde, who featured in the T20I series following an injury rehab, also makes the ODI squad.
Furthermore, the Windies have also included the uncapped all-rounder Johann Layne in the squad of 15.
Forde and Layne will be adding to the pace bowling department alongwith Jayden Seales.

West Indies will arrive into the series on the back of a disappointing 3-1 T20I series loss against the Black Caps, having claimed the first of five T20Is.
The two teams will square off in the opening ODI on November 16 in Christchurch.
