Rain forces all three matches to be abandoned on opening day

Bad weather in Guernsey prevented any matches being completed on the opening day of the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 7 on Sunday.
After a delayed start, Bahrain was struggling on 52-4 off 13 overs against Gibraltar while Japan had reached 28-1 against Guernsey, before heavy rain forced both games to be abandoned.
The game between Suriname and Nigeria didn’t even see a ball being bowled as conditions at Port Soif were unplayable.
On Monday, Japan takes on Nigeria, Gibraltar plays Guernsey and Bahrain faces Suriname. Today’s matches may be rescheduled to Tuesday, which is the designated reserve day, depending upon whether tomorrow’s fixtures are completed.
