Ireland had already confirmed their pole position with five successive wins, whereas with a win over the Germans, the Dutch have ensured that even if Italy upset Ireland in the final fixture of the Europe Qualifier, the Netherlands still finish in the top two positions.
The other sides that will feature in the qualifier are Scotland and Bangladesh, with the two teams qualifying automatically based on their appearance in the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup.
