ITT ISSUED FOR PROVISION OF SPORTS PRESENTATION SERVICES

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Sports Presentation Management Services for the ICC Women’s Champions Trophy 2027, to be held in India in February 2027.

A new event in the ICC women’s cricket calendar, the inaugural edition of the ICC Women’s Champions Trophy will bring together the best six teams in the world to compete in a round-robin, with the top two sides advancing to the final on 28 February. A total of 16 matches will be played across two venues in the Indian cities of Mumbai and Vadodara.

The ICC requires a partner who will be responsible for developing and delivering a creative, innovative, consistent and integrated sport presentation program to enhance the experience for all audiences. This includes ceremonies, music, big screen graphics and integration, fan activations and engagement, and the option to quote on Opening and Closing entertainment.

It is expected that the delivery of sports presentation services will be tailored to suit the T20 format of cricket, expectations of local audiences, and a solid understanding of the audience should be demonstrated in the submission.

This ITT is intended to attract responses from financially strong companies with trained personnel and extensive experience in providing similar services, who can provide innovative solutions, and with the capability to deliver to a world-class standard.

The procurement process will be run in two stages. Technical bids are to be emailed to sportainment@icc-cricket.com  by Tuesday 13 October 2026. From this, shortlisted agencies will be asked to submit a financial bid.
