A “how to apply” guide is available in the “Resources” section of the ICC Online Media Zone
The application window for the ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup Zimbabwe and Namibia 2026 media accreditation is now open. This is an online process that can be completed by clicking here and is only for the print media, websites, non-rights holding (NRH) TV and radio broadcasters.
All applications will be assessed thoroughly keeping in mind the media organisations, the individual applicants and media spaces available at venues.
Members of the media have until 14h00 Dubai time (GMT +4) on 4 December 2025, to register for accreditation. As part of the process, the media will need to upload the following documents:

A colour headshot photograph with a plain background like a passport photo in jpeg format

Letter of approval/assignment from your Editor/Commissioning Editor in PDF format

Passport/National Identity Card/Driving License in PDF format
The ICC reserves the right to approve/reject/request further information on all applications in its sole discretion and without providing reasons for doing so.
Whilst selecting matches, the media is advised to bear in mind the following:
As at previous ICC events, NRH camerapersons will be accredited for the tournament, but only reporters will be accredited on match days. All pre-match and post-match media conferences, which will take place from the semi-final stage onwards, will be uploaded to the ICC’s Online Media Zone.
When you apply for accreditation, you will see an option of requesting a visa letter. If you need a letter in support of your visa application, please fill in the details carefully as a visa support letter will be issued based on those details.
Members of the media intending to cover matches in Zimbabwe, please take note of the following:
All journalists – local and international – intending to cover the tournament in Zimbabwe are required to apply for and obtain a certificate of accreditation from the Zimbabwe Media Commission (ZMC), a government agency, before engaging in any media activities within the country.

Upon arrival in Zimbabwe, journalists will have 24 hours to complete ZMC registration.

Applicants are advised to bring the relevant registration fee in cash.

Once registered with the ZMC, journalists must return to Zimbabwe Immigration to finalise their visa processing for the duration of their stay.

The ICC and Zimbabwe Cricket will not be held liable for any media personnel who enter the country without the proper authorisation or valid visas.
The ZMC charges accreditation fees per individual as follows:

Local journalist: USD5.00 (five United States dollars)

Foreign journalist (Africa): USD65.00 (sixty-five United States dollars)

Foreign journalist (Rest of the World): USD200.00 (two hundred United States dollars)
The media is advised to carefully read the Media Accreditation Terms and Conditions and refer to the FAQs document to avoid any misunderstandings or inconvenience.
Media Accreditation Terms and Conditions and FAQs are available on the accreditation portal and in the Resources section of the ICC Online Media Zone. Please note that no warnings will be given for any infringements of the Ts and Cs and accreditation cards will be revoked straight away.

Please note that Online Media Zone access is not required to apply for accreditation.
