Media Advisory: ICC World Test Championship Final 2025 – Saturday, 7 June 

Media advisory

The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC World Test Championship Final 2025 on Monday and Tuesday, 9 and 10 June:

London

South Africa play Australia at Lord’s Cricket Ground from 11-15 June starting 10h30 local time. Teams will address close-of-play media conferences starting around 10 minutes after the end of play each day.

Monday, 9 June

South Africa will train at Lord’s from 13h30 to 16h30. They will hold a media conference with coach Shukri Conrad at 13h15 local time.

Australia will train at Lord’s from 09h30 to 12h30. They will hold a media press conference with Steve Smith at approximately 12h30 local time.

Tuesday, 10 June

South Africa will train at Lord’s from 09h30 to 12h30. They will hold their pre-match media conference with captain Temba Bavuma at 12h30 local time.

Australia will have optional training from 13h30 at Lord’s. They will hold their pre-match media conference with captain Pat Cummins at 13h00 local time.

The Press Conference Room is in the Thomas Lord Suite at the Pavilion end of the ground.

The Media Centre is located at the Nursery end of the ground and the photographers’ work area is on the top floor of the Media Centre.

The Venue Accreditation Centre is in the Thomas Lord Suite (next to the Grace Gate entry to Lord’s) off St John’s Wood Road.

The Non Rights Holders’ media accreditation cards are now ready for collection. The cards must be collected in person, and approved members of the media will need to produce the ID they uploaded on the accreditation portal while applying for accreditation.

We recommend collecting your accreditation card before match day. If collecting it on a match day, please ensure you allow plenty of time to collect your card.

The Venue Accreditation Centre is open at the following timings:

Dates/Time

6-10 June: 08h00 - 16h00

11 June: 04h30 - 14h00

12-16 June: 06h00 - 14h00

Note for accredited NRH media:

  • Accredited Non-Rights Holders (NRH) are allowed to film non-match day media conferences, but no filming is allowed inside the venue on match days except for any safe filming zone that may be provided at venues by the ICC.
  • Videos shot at the venue on non-match days may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
  • Up to 10 minutes of coverage (including five minutes of continuous live) allowed on non-match days from inside the venue.
  • The ICC will upload unedited media conference clips onto the Online Media Zone. The footage, whether provided by the ICC or shot by the media themselves, may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
  • If you intend to film non-match day media conferences (either by camera or phone) please position yourself in the back row or behind the back row of seating so as not to disturb others.
