The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 on Friday, 6 February:
Colombo
Pakistan play The Netherlands in a Group A match at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) ground at 11 a.m. local time on Saturday.
On Friday:
Pakistan will have a training session at the SSC ground from 10h00 to 13h00 local time and hold a media interaction in the Press Conference Room starting around 11h30.
The Netherlands will have a training session at the SSC ground from 14h00 to 17h00 local time and hold a media interaction at the Press Conference Room starting around 13h30.
Venue: Media Conference Room at the Media Centre (Entrance via the Anura Tennakoon Gate on Vidya Mawatha)
Kolkata
The West Indies play Scotland in a Group C match at the Eden Gardens at 3 p.m. local time on Saturday.
On Friday:
The West Indies will have a training session at the Eden Gardens from 18h00 to 21h00 local time and hold a media interaction in the Press Conference Room starting around 21h00.
Scotland will have a training session at the Eden Gardens from 14h00 to 17h00 local time and hold a media interaction at the Press Conference Room starting around 13h45
Venue: Media Conference Room (3rd Floor, adjacent to the press box)
Mumbai
India play the USA in a Group A match at the Wankhede Stadium at 19h00 on Saturday.
On Friday:
India will have a training session at the Wankhede Stadium from 14h00 to 17h00 local time and hold a media interaction in the Press Conference Room starting around 13h45.
USA will have a training session at the Wankhede Stadium from 18h00 to 21h00 local time and hold a media interaction at the Press Conference Room starting around 17h45
Venue: Media Conference Room (second floor, adjacent to the press box).
Navi Mumbai
England play Nepal in a Group C match at the Wankhede Stadium at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
On Friday:
England will have a training session at the DY Patil Stadium from 18h00 to 21h00 local time and hold their pre-match media interaction two days ahead of their tournament opener in the Press Conference Room starting around 17h30.
Venue: Media Conference Room (ground floor, adjacent to players’ dressing rooms).
Nepal will not be training on Friday. They will train and hold their pre-match presser at the DY Patil Stadium on Saturday.

Note for NRH media:
Accredited Non-Rights Holders are allowed to film pre-match day press conferences, but no filming is allowed inside the venues on match days except for any safe filming zone that may be provided at venues.
Videos shot at venues on pre-match days may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
The ICC will upload unedited media conference clips onto the Online Media Zone. The footage, whether provided by the ICC or shot by the media themselves, may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
If you intend to film non-matchday press conferences (either by camera or phone) please position yourself in the back row or behind the back row of seating.
Non-Rights Holder camerapersons will not be granted match day accreditation.
Note for photographers:
- Photographers are expected to always wear their bibs and are only permitted in designated areas.
- On pre-match days photographers need to shoot from the areas identified by the Venue Media Operations Manager.
- On match-days, photographers need to arrive for a pre-match meeting one hour in advance of the toss, when they will be assigned photo positions
- NRH photographers will not be allowed at press conferences.
- NRH TV camerapersons are not allowed on match days.
