The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 on Saturday, 7 February:

Colombo

Pakistan play The Netherlands in a Group A match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 at the Sinhalese Sports Club ground at 11h00 local time. Both teams will hold post-match media interactions starting around 15 minutes after the end of the match with the losing team generally coming in first, followed by the winning team.

Kolkata

The West Indies play Scotland in a Group C match at the Eden Gardens at 15h00 local time. Both teams will hold post-match media interactions starting around 15 minutes after the end of the match with the losing team generally coming in first, followed by the winning team.

Mumbai

India play the USA in a Group A match at the Wankhede Stadium at 19h00 local time. Both teams will hold post-match media interactions starting around 15 minutes after the end of the match with the losing team generally coming in first, followed by the winning team.

Pre-match day schedule:

Chennai

New Zealand play Afghanistan in a Group D match at the MA Chidambaram Stadium at 11h00 local time on Sunday.

On Saturday:

Afghanistan will have a training session at the MA Chidambaram Stadium from 10h00 to 13h00 local time and hold a media interaction at the Press Conference Room starting around 13h00.

New Zealand will have a training session at the MA Chidambaram Stadium from 14h00 to 17h00 local time and hold a media interaction at the Press Conference Room starting around 13h30.

Mumbai

England play Nepal in a Group C match at the Wankhede Stadium at 15h00 local time on Sunday.

Neither team is training on Saturday. England have already had their pre-match media interaction, the video and transcript of which is available in the ICC Online Media Zone. No media interaction is planned for Nepal.

Colombo

Sri Lanka play Ireland in a Group B match at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium at 19h00 local time on Sunday.

On Saturday:

Sri Lanka will have a training session at RPIS from 14h00 to 17h00 local time and hold a media interaction at the Press Conference Room starting around 13h45

Ireland will have a training session at RPIS from 18h00 to 21h00 local time and hold a media interaction at the Press Conference Room starting around 17h30

Non-Rights Holder camerapersons will not be granted match day accreditation.

Note for photographers:

  • Photographers are expected to always wear their bibs and are only permitted in designated areas.
  • On pre-match days photographers need to shoot from the areas identified by the Venue Media Operations Manager.
  • On match-days, photographers need to arrive for a pre-match meeting one hour in advance of the toss, when they will be assigned photo positions
  • NRH photographers will not be allowed at press conferences.
  • NRH TV camerapersons are not allowed on match days.
