Media Information for ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup 2026

The following is the schedule of team movements at the ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup 2026 on Saturday, 17 January:
Zimbabwe
India play Bangladesh in a Group B match starting at 09h30 local time at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.
Namibia
Japan play Sri Lanka in a Group A match starting at 09h30 local time at Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek.
All media centres will be open one hour before the start of play and remain open for 90 minutes after the end of the game.
Following all matches, teams may provide a player to speak to press pitch side after consultation with team management.
Over and above that, rights-free interviews featuring representatives of both teams will be made available for download at the ICC Online Media Zone an hour and a half after the end of each match.
Zimbabwe
- New Zealand play the USA in a Group B match at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo on Sunday, 18 January.
- England play Zimbabwe in a Group C match at Takashinga Sports Club in Harare on Sunday, 18 January.
On their pre-match day on Saturday:
- New Zealand will hold a training session at Bulawayo Athletic Club from 13h30 local time.
- The USA will hold a training session at Bulawayo Athletic Club from 09h15 local time.
- England will hold a training session at Takashinga Cricket Club in Harare from 13h30 local time.
- Zimbabwe will hold a training session at Old Hararans from 13h30 local time.
Namibia
The West Indies play Afghanistan in a Group D match at HP Oval in Windhoek on Sunday, 18 January.
On their pre-match day on Saturday:
- The West Indies will hold a training session at United Ground in Windhoek from 12h00 local time.
- Afghanistan will hold a training session at United Ground in Windhoek from 15h00 local time.

Reminders for media:
- The ICC Online Media Zone will feature a host of rights-free content for media. Imagery, daily reports and post-match media interactions will be made available on the platform soon after the end of the game. Content obtained from the OMZ can be used on news channels and websites only (they cannot be posted natively on social media).
- No filming is allowed inside tournament venues on match days. Non-Rights Holder camerapersons will not be granted access to matchdays as per the Accreditation Terms and Conditions for the event.
- If any footage is captured of team training sessions, it must only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and is not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
- Photographers are expected to wear their bibs at all times and will only be permitted to shoot matchdays from designated areas as informed by the relevant Media Manager.
