Media Information for ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025
Media advisory
The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 on Tuesday, 30 September:
Guwahati
India play Sri Lanka in the opening match at the ACA Stadium on Tuesday from 15h00 local time. Both teams will hold post-match media interactions starting around 15 minutes after the end of the match with the losing team generally coming in first, followed by the winning team.
Indore
Australia play New Zealand in the opening match at the Holkar Stadium on Wednesday, 1 October from 15h00 local time.
On their pre-match day on Tuesday:
- New Zealand will hold a training session at the Holkar Stadium from 14h00 to 17h00 local time. They will hold their pre-match media interaction at the Press Conference Room, Holkar Stadium, at 16h45 local time.
- Australia will hold a training session at the Holkar Stadium from 18h00 to 21h00 local time. They will hold their pre-match media interaction at the Press Conference Room, Holkar Stadium, at 17h30.
Location of Press Conference Room: NPC Room below the Media Box – North End.

Note for NRH media:
Accredited Non-Rights Holders are allowed to film pre-match day press conferences, but no filming is allowed inside the venues on match days except for any safe filming zone that may be provided at venues.
Videos shot at venues on pre-match days may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
The ICC will upload unedited media conference clips onto the Online Media Zone. The footage, whether provided by the ICC or shot by the media themselves, may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
If you intend to film non-matchday press conferences (either by camera or phone) please position yourself in the back row or behind the back row of seating.
Non-Rights Holder camerapersons will not be granted match day accreditation.
Note for photographers:
- Photographers are expected to always wear their bibs and are only permitted in designated areas.
- On pre-match days photographers need to shoot from the areas identified by the Venue Media Operations Manager.
- On match-days, photographers need to arrive for a pre-match meeting one hour in advance of the toss, when they will be assigned photo positions
- NRH photographers will not be allowed at press conferences.
- NRH TV camerapersons are not allowed on match days.
