The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 on Wednesday, 16 October:
Dubai
Australia play South Africa in the first semi-final on Thursday, 17 October at the Dubai International Stadium from 18h00 local time.
On their pre-match day on Wednesday:
- Australia will hold a training session at the ICC Academy 1 Ground from 18h00 local time. They will hold their pre-match press conference at the Media Conference Room, ICC Headquarters, at 17h30 local time.
- South Africa will hold a training session at the ICC Academy 2 Ground from 18h00 local time. They will hold their pre-match press conference at the Media Conference Room, ICC Headquarters, at 17h45 local time.

Accreditation
The accreditation portal has been reopened for the semifinals and final. Please log on to the portal here and make your selections by 16h00 local time tomorrow (Wednesday).
Media accreditation centres:
Dubai: Zone A, Room No G009, Ground Floor, Entry from Gate A3, Dubai International Stadium.
Sharjah: Venue Operations Office, Level 1 – Inner Gate S1 – Main Gate 1, Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Note for NRH media:
Accredited Non-Rights Holders are allowed to film pre-match day press conferences, but no filming is allowed inside the venues on match days except for any safe filming zone that may be provided at venues.
Videos shot at venues on pre-match days may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
The ICC will upload unedited media conference clips onto the Online Media Zone. The footage, whether provided by the ICC or shot by the media themselves, may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
If you intend to film non-matchday press conferences (either by camera or phone) please position yourself in the back row or behind the back row of seating.
Non-Rights Holder camerapersons will not be granted match day accreditation.
Note for photographers:
- Photographers are expected to always wear their bibs and are only permitted in designated areas.
- On pre-match days photographers need to shoot from the areas identified by the Venue Media Operations Manager.
- On match-days, photographers need to arrive for a pre-match meeting one hour in advance of the toss, when they will be assigned photo positions
- NRH photographers will not be allowed at press conferences.
- NRH TV camerapersons are not allowed on match days.
Media Centre entry and timings: On match days, the media areas will open two hours before the start of play and remain open till 2 ½ hours after close of play.
