Requests for proposals to manage LED signage programme at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019

The IBC and the central organising committee for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 are requesting proposals from companies interested in providing the LED Signage Production and Management Services for the event to be staged in England and Wales from 30 May to 14 July 2019.

The successful company will be granted the rights and responsibilities to manage the entire LED signage programme, including perimeter signage and behind the wicket (sightscreen) advertising including delivery, installation, production, maintenance, removal and alterations to ensure delivery of a world-class standard appropriate to the tournament.

A proven track record in supplying LED perimeter and sightscreen signage at world-class sporting events is essential as well as sufficient resources and experience to provide all the necessary services, including installation and operation as well as appropriate infrastructure and adequately trained personnel.
