14 – Lucy O'Reilly's age when she represented Ireland in WWT20 2014

She played in all of Ireland's matches, claiming three wickets in four matches with her right-arm medium pace. She also played in the 2016 edition of the tournament.

At 13 years and 241 days, she is second on the list of youngest debutants in Women's T20 international cricket. O'Reilly, now 18, is a part of Ireland's 15-member squad for Women's World T20 2018.

With 11 scalps in four matches, O'Reilly was the leading wicket-taker at the ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier in July 2018. After the conclusion of the tournament, she was one of the 13 cricketers to be named in ICC's first Global Development Squad.
