35 – Age of Mithali Raj, India's leading run scorer in the competition

The right-hander has represented India in five editions of the multi-nation tournament so far – 2009, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016. Her highest score in the competition came against England Sylhet back in 2014, where was the lone warrior with her 56-ball 57 in India's total of 95/9.

Raj is India's highest run-scorer in World T20, with 619 runs in 21 matches. Her batting average in the tournament – 38.68 – is marginally higher than her career average of 38.21.

She will be an integral part of the Indian team that takes on New Zealand women in the opening fixture of ICC World T20 2018 at the Providence Stadium in Guyana.
