In the last Group A game of the ICC Women's World T20 2016, in Delhi, Ireland, who were put in, fell away after a good start to post 91/7 in 20 overs.

Elyse Villani (43) and Ellyse Perry (29*) had little trouble chasing the target.

Australia raced to a seven-wicket victory, completing the chase in 13.2 overs. The 40 balls they had to spare put the result third on the list of biggest wins in the tournament by number of balls remaining, and it was the Australian best at the World T20.
