Appointments finalised for ICC World Cricket League Division 1 play-offs
The umpire and referee appointments have been finalised for the ICC World Cricket League Division 1 play-offs which will take place on the last day of the tournament on Saturday 10 July.
Brian Jerling and Kumar Dharmasena of the Emirates International Panel of ICC Umpires will stand in the final between defending champion Ireland and Scotland at VRA in Amstelveen. David Jukes will be the match referee.
The third-fourth position play-off at VOC in Rotterdam will be umpired by Ian Ramage of the Associates and Affiliates Panel of ICC Umpires and Norman Malcolm of the international panel with Adrian Griffith as the match referee while Devdas Govindjee will be the match referee and the associates and affiliate panel umpires Niels Bagh and Buddhi Pradhan will be the on-field umpires for the fifth-sixth position play-off between Canada and Kenya to be staged at Excelsior Cricket Club in Schiedam.

Final: Ireland v Scotland VRA, Amstelveen; Kumar Dharmasena and Brian Jerling, David Jukes (match referee)
Third-fourth position play-off: Afghanistan v the Netherlands, VOC, Rotterdam; Ian Ramage and Norman Malcolm, Adrian Griffith (match referee)
Fifth-sixth position play-off: Canada v Kenya, Excelsior Cricket Club, Schiedam; Niels Bagh and Buddhi Pradhan, Devdas Govindjee (match referee)
