Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah added to India's ODI squad, Shami left out
Mohammad Shami, who played in the first two ODIs, has also been left out of the squad for the rest of the series in a squad announcement that saw no other changes. Shami conceded 81 runs from his ten overs in the first ODI in Guwahati.
Bhuvneshwar and Bumrah, two regulars in the India ODI side, were rested for the first two ODIs but are back in the squad as India look to consolidate their 1-0 series lead. After winning the first ODI of the series by chasing down West Indies' total of 322 in a mere 42.1 overs, they tied the second ODI after scoring 321, a total they reached largely down to Virat Kohli's breathtaking unbeaten 157.

Bumrah's addition in particular will be warmly welcomed β he's currently the number-one ranked bowler in the MRF Tyres ICC ODI Bowling Rankings.
There was a chance that India would call up either Kedhar Jadhav or the 18-year-old sensation Prithvi Shaw for the remaining three ODIs but the selectors have continued to show faith in the current batting line-up.
The third ODI is on Saturday in Pune.
