The ICC asked you earlier in the week to share your favourite moments in ICC Cricket World Cup history and there have been plenty of responses from across the globe.

Mohamed Karni lists his favourite moment as the ICC Cricket World Cup semi-final between Australia and South Africa in 1999.

Vijay from Chennai agrees and says: 'Lance Kulsener smashing Damien Fleming for two boundaries in the last over' is his top moment.

Viswanathan V from Bangalore also believes that the 1999 World Cup semi-final was a classic, but he also thinks Inzamam-ul-Haq's innings in the 1992 semi-final against New Zealand is one of the greatest moments in the competition's history.

R Thirumalai from Chennai writes to say his favourite moment is when 'Ricky Ponting scored a century in the final of 2003 World Cup against India.

Ismail Asmat from Afghanistan favourite moment relates to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 when Ireland caused one of the greatest shocks in history by defeating Pakistan.
