Confident Jersey get ready for T20 World Cup Qualifier
Nick Greenwood, the 19-year-old all-rounder who plays for Lancashire 2nd XI, is in line to make his T20I debut. The experienced Ben Stevens and Jake Dunford have recovered from recent injuries to be part of the squad as well.
Jersey had sealed their place in the Qualifier after finishing on top of the points table at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Final, edging ahead of Germany on net run-rate.

"We're at full strength and everybody's very excited about the opportunity to go to this stage for the global tournament again, having already had a taste of that in 2015 and this time having to come through two qualifying rounds in the Netherlands last September and in Guernsey in June," said Neil Macrae, the coach.
"There's been competition for places and we've picked a strong, balanced, dynamic squad which will now compete for the island starting spots in the first game against Nigeria.
"There are challenges ahead and we're looking forward to them. We’re expecting good wickets to bat on with the heat and we hope there will be some turn in them for our spinners."
