The Western and Northern teams are ready and waiting for the expected storm heading in from the East ahead of this year's national All Stars tournament.

Following the conference championships in Suva and Lautoka last month, Cricket Fiji with assistance from Western, Labasa, Tailevu and Suva has selected the Northern and Eastern U17 and U19 teams to take part in the national All Stars tournament in December.

"I must warn them that there has been a lot of development put into cricket on Viti Levu in the last twelve months and the standard of cricket in these age groups has improved tremendously"

"We are expecting some fantastic cricket played by the country's premier age group cricketers and all the boys are going to have a lot of fun ? I can?t wait."
