CRICKETERS UNITE IN SUPPORT OF WORLD AIDS DAY

Some of the world’s leading players showed their support for people living with HIV/AIDS on World Aids Day last weekend.
Players at international matches, which included the India-Pakistan and Sri Lanka-England Test series, as well as the Zimbabwe-West Indies and South Africa-New Zealand ODIs, wore red ribbons to show their support for the cause.
South African captain Graeme Smith said: “World Aids Day is an opportunity for cricket to deliver important messages that hopefully will play a role in reducing AIDS not just in my own country but across the world as well.”
