Representatives from ICC Member countries from across the EAP region have attended a Cricket Administrator Program (CAP) course in Rangiora, 30km north of Christchurch, New Zealand this month.

CAP is a series of cricket based modules which cover many aspects involved in running a Cricket Club or National Federation. The modules have been designed to assist Members in developing skills which allow them to effectively manage their Club or National Federations.

During the course the participants covered a wide range of topics including governance, financial management, strategic planning, how to deliver community cricket, as well as marketing and promotion.
