East Asia and Pacific next to chase T20 World Cup 2024 spots
The T20 action starts with Vanuatu hosting Cook Islands, Fiji and Samoa in the East Asia Pacific (EAP) Sub Regional Qualifier A between 9 and 15 September - and every ball will be live and FREE on ICC.tv.
The winner of the EAP SRQ A round robin series will join Philippines and Papua New Guinea - as well as the winner of the Qualifier B series - in the Regional Final in 2023.
Each EAP SRQ A match will be played at Vanuatu Cricket Ground and the hosts should be confident of progressing with their MRF Tyres Men's T20I Ranking of 47 the best of the group.
The EAP SRQ B matches will all be played at Sano International Cricket Ground in Japan between 15 and 18 October, with Indonesia and South Korea joining the hosts in the race for the last EAP Regional Final spot.
Every T20WC 2024 qualifier will be live and FREE on ICC.tv with on-demand highlights available shortly after each match.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 has been expanded to 20 teams, with qualification moving from global qualifiers to qualifiers through the five regions.
The winner of the East Asia Pacific Regional Final series next year - alongside qualifiers from the Europe, Africa, Asia and Americas regions - will earn a place at the 2024 tournament alongside 12 automatically-qualifying teams made up of:
* USA and West Indies as the hosts in 2024
* top eight teams at the Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia later this year
* next highest-ranked teams in the MRF Tyres ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings as of 14 November 2022
