Guernsey win women's cricket clash

Guernsey won the inaugural women's inter-insular match against Jersey last weekend.

The match, which was part of Guernsey's contribution to the ICC's Centenary celebrations, saw former Scotland international Lisa Batty claim five wickets to give the home side victory.

The game will also be remembered for Jersey's Norma Hinds achieving the notable feat of playing for the island in four different sports.
