Hasan, Asif recalled as Pakistan name 20-man squad for SA T20Is
Other notable omissions also include Shadab Khan and Imad Wasim. Shadab had led the side in their T20I series against New Zealand last month, which they lost 2-1.
There are also four uncapped players in the side – left-arm spinner Zafar Gohar, all-rounder Danish Aziz, leg-spinner Zahid Mehmood and bowling all-rounder Amad Butt.
Meanwhile, Hasan Ali, Asif Ali and Aamer Yamin have been recalled.

The squad along with the officials will enter the bio-secure bubble from Wednesday, February 3, the players taking part in the Test series will join the bubble at the end of the second Test that starts in Rawalpindi on Thursday, 4 February.
The three-match series begins on 11 February at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
