High Performance Manager - Vanuatu Cricket

Vanuatu Cricket is looking to appoint an experienced cricket coach to the role of High Performance Manager to ensure that player and coach development systems meet the high standards required for international competition.

This is a great opportunity for a coach to take an exciting step in their coaching career and make a difference at a national level with a country that is highly motivated with enormous untapped potential, and with a young side competing in the World Cricket League.

Based in Port Vila and reporting to the Director Elite Development and the General Manager, Vanuatu Cricket's High Performance Manager is charged with the responsibility for establishing a sustainable High Performance Program that supports the ongoing development of Vanuatu National Teams across all levels.

With a minimum Level 2 Coaching Accreditation, the successful applicant will have experience in the design and implementation of player development systems and demonstrated elite or elite development coaching experience. Being a self starter with the ability to plan strategically and implement your plans is a must for this position.
