ICC Development Program Staff Conference

For the first time, all 18 members of the ICC Development team came together at Lord's for a staff conference.

Over 5 days in late September, the development staff from all 5 regions, led by Global Development Manager Matthew Kennedy, undertook a busy conference program which discussed and debated a number of wide ranging issues affecting the development program and the ICC as a whole.

As well as discussing operational issues, it was an opportunity for staff to share proven good practice and development ideas.

A number of presentations from other ICC departments strengthened understanding of the wider picture and presented staff with a clearer idea of the current state of the program and its plans for the future.
