ICC President confirms future meeting with Indian Cricket League representatives

Mr Morgan to report back to ICC Board

ICC President David Morgan today confirmed he had received a request from Mr Subhash Chandra of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited to meet with him regarding the Indian Cricket League (ICL).

Mr Morgan also confirmed that, following that request, he had agreed to meet with Mr Chandra and other representatives in London on a mutually convenient date.

Mr Morgan said: ?The ICL had previously written to the ICC requesting its approval and now it has asked for this meeting, to which we have agreed.

?All members of the ICC Board have been informed of this meeting and I will report back to those directors at the Board?s next meeting, in Dubai on 14 and 15 October.?

The ICC will be making no further comment on this matter at this time.
