ICC Templates on the table

Two workshops for ACC members have been held in Bangkok and Dubai to help Members prepare for the ACC and ICC funding in 2010, which needs to be well managed if countries are to deserve, retain and increase their funding from the global body in future years.

Seven ACC members from the Gulf region attended the first workshop in Dubai in the first week of October with eight others in attendance in Bangkok a week later.

Discussions, moderated by ICC Member Services Officer Hayden Smith, ICC Development Compliance Manager Sarah De Rozario and ACC Development Manager Bandula Warnapura, covered Member countries' budget requirements, their setting and meeting of operational targets as well as the purpose and benefits of having a Budget and Reporting mechanism.
