Yuvraj Singh's six sixes in an over off Stuart Broad in the ICC World T20 2007 was the first, and so far the only instance in T20Is, of a batsman sending all deliveries in an over into the stands.

In doing so, Singh notched up a 12-ball half-century – it still remains the fastest fifty in the format. Furthermore, Singh's heroics buoyed India to the extent they went on to win the inaugural edition of the ICC World T20 by beating Pakistan in the final.

MS Dhoni's six to win India the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 on a balmy April night in Mumbai is, unsurprisingly, the favourite cricket memory for many Indian fans.
Ravi Shastri, former India cricketer and their current coach, was on commentary at the time, and he famously sound-tracked the winning moment: "Dhoni finishes off in style. India lift the World Cup after 28 years."

It was India's second World Cup victory after Kapil Dev and his men, Shastri included, won India the 1983 World Cup in England by beating the Windies in the final.

A dramatic moment, if not altogether happy. This had to be here.
South Africa crashed to a heartbreaking loss in the semi-final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 1999 against Australia, with Lance Klusener and Allan Donald getting involved in a horrific mix-up when South Africa needed just a run to win.

The match was tied, but Australia progressed to the final thanks to a superior run rate at the end of the Super Six stage.
Then there's this – the inaugural ICC World T20 2017.
In the final against India, Pakistan needed 13 runs off the last over with just a wicket in hand. Their hopes were pinned on Misbah-ul-Haq, who had powered the team's cause in the final few overs.

Haq's heroics helped bring down the equation to six runs off four balls, but he then played that fateful ramp shot off India's Joginder Sharma. The ball ballooned in air, S Sreesath took the catch at short fine leg, and India sealed a famous win.
Shastri, who was on commentary here as well, called the moment: "In the air... Sreesanth takes it. India win!"
Sharjah has witnessed many seminal moments in cricket, but this one tops the list: Sachin Tendulkar tore into Australia twice in two matches, leading India to victory in the tri-nation ODI series.
Tendulkar's knocks of 143 and 134 were called on air quite wonderfully by the late Tony Grieg, with one line succinctly capturing the moment: "They are dancing in the aisles in Sharjah."

In recent history, this was one of the more astonishing pieces of cricket. Carlos Brathwaite hammered four consecutive sixes off Ben Stokes to win the Windies the ICC World T20 2016.

The Windies needed 19 runs off the last over, and England were favourites to lift the trophy. But Brathwaite had other plans.
Ian Bishop, who was calling the final moments of the match, excitedly sound-tracked the moment: "Carlos Brathwaite! Remember the name!"
