Justice John Hansen to deliver his full judgment on Harbhajan Singh's ICC Code of Conduct appeal hearing today

Justice John Hansen, the Commissioner who heard India spinner Harbhajan Singh’s Code of Conduct appeal hearing, will deliver his full judgment at the Federal Court of South Australia, Level 5, Roma Mitchell Commonwealth Law Courts Building, Adelaide, on Wednesday at 1700 CDT (0630 GMT).

Justice Hansen will deliver his reasons and will not entertain any questions from members of the media.

The following are arrangements for the media:

Print/radio – journalists will be permitted access to the court room. Those who wish to attend are asked to be outside the court building no later than 1630 CDT.

Vision – pool pictures of Justice John Hansen reading his judgment from inside the court will be available via Channel Nine Sydney or via Globecast.

Justice Hansen is a High Court Judge in his native New Zealand and is New Zealand Cricket’s appointment on the ICC Code of Conduct Commission.
