3.15pm - Some post match reaction from Dubai Sports City after Kenya defeated Canada by nine wickets.

"I was really pleased with how I batted and just waited for the bad ball. Our intention was to go and try and play some big shots from the start," said Alex Obanda, who won the Man of the Match Award.

"I am feeling very confident now and I think we can qualify."

As you can imagine, Canada's captain Ashish Bagai was not a happy man.

"We trained pretty hard for this over the past month in Sri Lanka. We thought we were well prepared but the last two games haven't gone very well," said Bagai.

"The first six overs in our bowling department haven?t gone well in both our games and being20 runs short in both matches haven't helped either.

"It has been a 160-run wicket and we have got 140 both days, but they did bat really well and put the bowlers under pressure.

"Alex (Obanda) batted well. We knew the areas he was strong in and he has a good all-round game and he hit us all over the park. We had six different bowlers in the first six games you can't do much more than that.

"Mathmatically we are still in if the Netherlands win all three, so we have to hope for that and defeat the UAE tomorrow."

Meanwhile, don't forget to follow the latest scores from Abu Dhabi where Ireland is putting on a huge total against the USA.

Meanwhile at Sports City, the players are out on the field warming-up and the toss is about to take place. The last time Canada and Kenya met at the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier it was a low scoring game when Canada made just 91 all out. Kenya achieved that target although it did lose six wickets, but conditions in Dubai are very different to those of Belfast two years ago.
