Media Advisory on ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 (not for publication)

• Details of pre-event captains’ media interactions

The International Cricket Council has announced the pre-event captains’ media sessions ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021, providing media with their first official interaction with the teams ahead of the event which gets underway on 17 October.

The five sessions will be hosted remotely and will work in a similar fashion to previous in person captains’ media days with a host and questions from the attending media. In order for us to facilitate the management of this in the most time efficient manner we are asking members of the media to send their questions in prior to the event to Barnaby Read at Barnaby.Read@hkstrategies.com.

For sessions 1, 2 and 3 please send questions to Barnaby Read by 13h00 GST on 13 October.

For sessions 4 and 5 please send questions to Barnaby Read by 17h00 GST on 15 October.

In your email please clearly state:

• Subject line – ICC Men’s T20WC captains media day
• The question(s)
• The name of the captain(s) the question is directed
• Your name and organisation

The media will be able to join all five calls using the link here.

For those that cannot join any of the calls they will be able to access the footage from the ICC’s Online Media Zone shortly after the interactions.
