Meet the Team

The ICC Integrity department was established as a single unit in late 2019 and includes anti-corruption, anti-doping, safeguarding and security. The ICC Integrity team has 12 full-time staff based in the ICC Head Office in Dubai and seven (7) regionally-based Anti-Corruption Managers. Together we are the ICC Integrity Team, and We Protect Cricket.

In every edition of the ICC’s integrity newsletter, we will introduce a member of the team, starting with Dr David Musker. Dr Musker is one of the newer members of the Integrity team. He joined the ICC as Security Manager in July 2020 and has been an invaluable addition to the team. Dr Musker manages the safety and security of ICC events and ICC staff travel and this includes biosafety. He is our lead on COVID related matters and has been supporting Members with their biosecure plans for bilateral cricket and providing guidance and direction where required.

Dr Musker came to us from the Metropolitan Police where he served as a Commander for the last ten years. He studied biochemistry and holds a doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Liverpool. It has been an absolute pleasure having Dr Musker join the Integrity team and we would like to encourage Members to reach out to him should you require any assistance on safety, biosafety and security matters.
