Morris reprimanded for breaching ICC's Clothing and Equipment Regulations
South Africa's Christopher Morris has been reprimanded for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during the T20 international against Pakistan at Centurion on Sunday.
Morris was found to have breached Article 2.1.1 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel (the "Code") which relates to "breach of the ICC's Clothing and Equipment Regulations during an International Match".
The player exceeded the permitted number of manufacturers' logos when he went out to bat with an additional logo on his helmet.
Morris accepted the Level 1 charge and the sanction proposed by Jeff Crowe of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees.
The charge against Morris was brought by umpires Johan Cloete, Shaun George, Adrian Holdstock and Karl Hurter.
