Leonie Bennett (Kampong CC)
Laura Brouwers (Kampong CC)
Maxime Entrop (Quick Haag)
Carlijn de Groot (Hermes DVS)
Denise Hannema (Kampong CC)

Esther Lanser (Quick Haag),

The squad met last Saturday and planned out the next 5 weeks and they have now received a detailed programme on conditioning / throwing and cricket skills for the next few weeks including
some detailed Cricket testing protocols that they are expected to achieve. They will be training 3 times a week as a group and at other times in smaller groups.

The team will be supported by 4 experienced coaches at various sessions over the next 5 weeks namely Roland Lefebvre (Dutch Lions and A team Mens coach and former International) Tim de Leede (Dutch Lions Coach and former International), Peter Drinnen (National Mens Team Coach) and Richard Cox (Dutch Lions U17s Coach) in various specialist areas whilst wicket keeper Miranda Veringmeier will be working with former England wicketkeeper Jack Richards in some 1-1 preparation.

David Woutersen (KNCB) has been appointed Manager and Caroline Hes (Physio), meanwhile Quick Haag player Maxime Entrop will also work at the ICC Global Cricket Academy in Dubai for 2 weeks during October as part of her personal preparation.

Captain Helmien Rambaldo said, "After the fantastic experience of winning 4 trophies in quick succession at the end of the 2011 season we have enjoyed a short break and are now keen to get down to work again to prepare for the World Cup Qualifiers. We know we have a tough task ahead but the whole squad is determined to give their all to prepare and with the four coaches we have on board for the preparation we should be able to take their knowledge together with our experiences to form some good game plans. We then have to execute them.

"Already the preparation programme that has been devised is one of the most varied ones I have been involved with and includes a new cricket testing programme which create lots of enthusiasm and competition within the squad and that's what I want," concluded Rambaldo.
