Oman v Scotland (Scotland won by 76 runs)

Brandon McMullen, Scotland all-rounder and Player of the Match (136 & 1/15):“It was a great day, great finish. Our bowlers were clinical. I was trying to keep it simple and do it my way. We need to play our best cricket, be more disciplined against Sri Lanka.”

Richie Berrington, Scotland captain (60): “It was an important win, we knew it'd be tough. It was a good performance all round. It was a tricky first ten overs this morning, but the partnership put us in a good position. We knew all games would be tough. We had a few off-field challenges, we have a lot of belief. We've had three different match-winners which shows our character. We know the importance of every point, so Tuesday's going to be a big one against Sri Lanka. We have a lot of belief and know we need to get better with every game. The support has been great so far, hopefully that'll continue.”

Zeeshan Maqsood, Oman captain:“We haven't done well in the last games. Need to take the positives. Bilal and Fayyaz bowled well. We didn't bat well in the first half, but later Naseem's innings was a positive. Very proud of making the super sixes. We need to come back stronger. We have hope, we have done hard work. Our goal is to play in India, we will do well.”
