#OnTheUp: The Chef whips up a delectable dessert
With two days left in the fifth and final England v India Test, Cook has a chance to end his Test career like he started it – with a century against India. With 46* in the second innings to go with the 71 he got in the first, it’s already been a good outing for the English batting hero.
Congratulations Alistair Cook on an outstanding career. A man with a unique technique, incredible mental strength and a serious appetite for runs. Will go down as one of England’s best ever

Congrats to Alistair Cook on a fine career, certainly opening the batting for the length of time he did is an amazing effort! Wish him all the best in retirement and say thank you for the way he represented our beautiful game.

The thing I love most about Cooky is that there’s absolutely no ego 🤔🧐 https://t.co/GaF23Tj1Fo

Talking of Anderson and Cook, the two found a way to cool down a bit before the final Test.
Nice to spend some quality time with Cooky today looking for golf balls. Thank you @WoburnGC. The Duchess course is tighter than a Yorkshireman but absolutely stunning 😍🏌️♂️⛳️ pic.twitter.com/OhqyfzpCIS

In terms of outstanding results, Malaysia was the stage, and Hong Kong the main protagonists.
"We wanted to show the world what we can do despite losing ODI status." 🇭🇰@CricketHK's @anshyrath is delighted with how things have gone for them in the #AsiaCup qualifier, especially after a disappointing #CWCQ.

Adam Hollioake ‘celebrated’ his 47th birthday on September 5.
While we're on Hollioake, here's a unique tribute from the former all-rounder to Cook.
Darren Sammy, meanwhile, might not be a part of the Windies squad anymore, but he’s all over as far as the upcoming ICC Women’s World T20 2018 is concerned.
The Daren Sammy Cricket Ground is one of the three venues for the November 9 - 24 #ICCWWT20 and Ambassador @darensammy88 knows where that venue is #WatchThis - for the full schedule go to https://t.co/Xmz4su9GpH pic.twitter.com/JUBo7fMWD7

Cricket meets tennis – Eoin Morgan and Brendon McCullum are full of praise for new US Open champion Naomi Osaka, who won the tournament in a dramatic and emotionally-charged final against Serena Williams.
