Pakistan eager to keep momentum rolling ahead of World Cup
Pakistan will be looking to maintain their unbeaten status in 2025 alive when they travel to Ireland for a three-match T20I series next month.
Pakistan captain Fatima Sana has urged her side to keep the winning momentum going as they get set to embark on a tour of Ireland next month ahead of the upcoming ICC Women's Cricket World Cup.
The Asian team will be looking to continue their unbeaten run in 2025 when they travel to Europe later this week for a three-match T20I series against Ireland which commences in Dublin on August 6.

The series will provide Pakistan some much needed match practice ahead of the 50-over World Cup in India and Sri Lanka from the start of October as the side attempts to add to their current winning streak courtesy of their unbeaten run at the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament earlier this year.
Pakistan won all five of their matches at the Qualifier event on home soil - including an impressive 38-run over Ireland - to book their place in the 50-over showcase with Sana leading the way with a total of 12 wickets across the tournament.

Fatima Sana claims the crucial wicket of Hayley Matthews in the Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2025.
The conditions Pakistan will face in Dublin will likely be different to what they experienced in Lahore, but Sana wants her side to attack the matches against Ireland with the same amount of vigour to ensure they maintain their winning streak.
“Despite the difference in conditions, batters are confident and since our Qualifiers went well, we are going into the series with confidence," Sana said.
“We are looking to continue that momentum and looking forward to do well — along with developing the T20I side as well.”
Muneeba Ali's magnificent straight drive | WCWCQ 2025
Opener Muneeba Ali was one of Pakistan's star performers during the Qualifier event in April, with the talented left-hander hitting a pair of half-centuries on the way to amassing a total of 223 runs across the tournament at an average of 44.60.
That run of with the bat at the Qualifier saw Muneeba rise to a career-high rating on the current ICC Women's ODI Batter Rankings and the 27-year-old is hoping to continue that rich vein of form in Ireland and at the World Cup later this year.
“Despite the difference in formats between the Irish tour and the World Cup, we are looking to focus on T20Is and work on 50-over format game alongside as well," Muneeba said.
“We have identified where we were lacking in the Qualifiers tournament, and have tried to overcome that (during the training camp) and build upon the positives from that tournament.”
