Promotion hopes still alive for all six sides

Six teams head into action in Kathmandu, Nepal on Tuesday hoping to keep their dreams of success in the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 5 alive.

All six sides are still in contention for promotion to Division 5, although USA and Nepal will perhaps be considered favourites given that they both are the only two sides in the competition with unbeaten records.

USA face Jersey in arguably the match of the day, with Steve Massiah's side looking to avenge the defeat to the Channel Islanders back in 2008 when it lost the semi-final of the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 5.

Nepal plays Bahrain at the Army School Ground, while Fiji will be hoping for a much improved performance when it takes on Singapore.

There was no play in Kathmandu on Monday as it was the first rest day of the tournament.
