A brilliant century from Jesse Ryder led a strong New Zealand fight back on day three of the Test Match against India.

Ryder?s 103, supported by a mature innings of 87 not out from Kane Williamson, inspired an impressive response from the Kiwis.

However, New Zealand will have been disappointed to lose Ryder to the last ball of the day when Sreesanth struck.

Ross Taylor had earlier struck his ninth half century of his Test career, in addition to his five Test centuries, before falling for 56.
