The ICC Development Team is producing an ICC Participation Series, which incorporates a set of short educational learning modules and webinars for Members. The purpose of this Series is to develop great participation experiences applicable to Members’ environment; therefore, safeguarding is identified as one of the critical element’s modules.

Piloted in the East Asia-Pacific region, ICC Safeguarding Consultant, Ms. Kirsty Burrows delivered a webinar titled: ‘Creating Safe Environments – In, through and around Cricket’. Ms. Burrows outlined the realities of our environment, responsibilities, and practical steps Member organisations can undertake towards prevention of harassment and abuse in cricket.

This is a highly recommended webinar for all Member representatives as we progress towards creating safe environments for all cricket participants.
