Scotland Initiate First Intro Course

The first ICC Introduction to Cricket Course in Scotland was held in Elgin on 11th January 2005. The course was tutored by Clarence Parfitt, one of Cricket Scotland?s regional development officers. Clarence was trained up as an ICC Introduction to Cricket Instructor at the recent EDP Coaching and Development Conference held at Lord?s.

Eleven candidates, all School Sports Co-ordinators from the Moray area, participated on the course. The first course went down extremely well and all participants will now take cricket to their respective schools throughout the area.
